Terms & Conditions – Mirha's Production & Film

Booking can be confirmed only after paying 50% Advance of the quotation.
90% amount need to be settled on the last event day and remaining 10% amount can be paid at the time of project delivery date.
If Client didn’t pay the 90% amount within 30 days from the date of last event, 20% penalty will be applied (per month) on complete quotation amount.
Client have to pick the data within 3 Months (90 Days) from the event date, failure to collect the data within 3 Months (90 Days) Mirha’s Production & Films will not be responsible in case of any data loss.
Client needs to provide selection for the Album & changes in the videos within 15 working days from the date of project delivery afterwards request will not be entertained.
Misbehaving with the team of Mirha’s Production & Films on the event will not be tolerated and we reserve the rights to leave the event right away, further Mirha’s Production & Films reserve the rights to take legal action (as per the situation).
Shoot slots are 4 Hours (For Wedding) and 30 minutes gross time will be given, in case of more delay additional 3000/- Pkr will be charged per Camera.
